Some Latin America in London

Blaiz is one of the coolest concept stores around, representing a colourful mixture of Latin America and it’s diversity with lots of colours textures and something to grab your imagination. Having fallen in love with trips to Latin America it’s really amazing that one finds all of those brands at such a reach. Yes you don’t need to buy a flight ticket – simply visit their Chelsea store. And if you love being unique, creative and different you’ll find that right here.

These brands represent the vibrant fashion awake of a continent that has been associated mostly with the flip-flop culture. Yet you would soon realise that this is not the case and all these progressive and driven brands have a lot to offer be it helping out local communities, offering genuine and organic fabrics and highest materials or combining the trendiness and style of what one would find in the international luxury brands but at a reasonable price.

I have hand picked my favourite pieces and decided to introduce not only their vision but also their story and concept.
From unique clothing pieces to bags to shows, you’d definitely find your unique self and I don’t say this bluntly but I truly love this store and it’s concept.

 The clothing edit

  1. Izak Azanei – this top is simply stunning and although being born in London this brand has been worn by Olivia Palermo and offers some really cosy and stylish knitwear and more. PS the skirt can also be found in Blaiz and is by Andamane Italian and very chic it also comes in red (just thinking about Christms)

2. Mitawa – This amazing colourful and cosy made in Italy yet inspired by dreams of the Andes cardigan is the perfect winter wrap! It is definitely one of my favourites. With softest materials it can definitely be traced back to its roots.

3. ESCVDO – all the way from Peru and being made in traditional Peruvian way. This stunning gilet can be accessorized with pretty much anything and everything

4. Ayni  and I know this comes from Peru and it means today for you tomorrow for me in the sense of reciprocity and giving. It is also made of Alpaca and Pima cotton from Peru and it is genuinely stunning. You can also find matching gloves in the same design.

5. Jakke – Ok it is born here but knowing me hearts and bows and I am sold. It is made of faux fur however it is still very soft cosy and warm

Bags – to die for – if there is anything I like in a bag it is being different ad here you’d find plenty of that. I’m just in love with all below

  1. Kooreloo – clearly mad by an artist (Leila Karr) in particular and combining nice materials design and some unique features these bags are definitely my favourite right now! Why buy a bag when everyone has when you can have something made by an artist 🙂 And yes it has hearts too

2.  Serpui – This bag speaks on its own colours just like in Brazil each piece is simply unique

3. Mercedes Salazar – once again a different brand bringing something from Columbia needless to say the bag below is stunning

5. Blaiz – This breaded bag is the perfect accessory whether as small beach bag or dinner. Very very cute

Shoes – you know that you can rule the world with the right pair (just saying )

  1. Arezzo – This brand is very famous in Brazil and always offer amazing style and they have been around for a few decades already so no it is not just flip flops that you get from Brazil.
  2. Shutz – owned By Arezzo with a more bold twist this brand is a must have. And finally some shots from the store’s Christmas event I
